They include water, electricity, heating/air conditioning, sheets, dish cloths, towels and weekly cleaning. For longer stays (montly, half-yearly, yearly), we invite you to contact us to receive a custom quote based on your needs.

In the day of arrival, suites are available from 12.00. At the departure, you are kindly requested to leave them by 10.00. Check-in and check-out are carried out from Monday to Friday at 9.00-12.00 and 15.00-18.30, on Saturday at 9.00-11.30. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Confirmation of reservation:
Only written reservations are confirmed, followed by an advance payment for the cost of the first night for suite (by postal order or bank transfer) or reservation by credit card (with expiration date). Any cancellation occured seven days before arrival, has no penalty. For stays longer than 30 days it is required a deposit equal to the cost of one month stay.
